Q: Do I need to be in shape before starting?

Not at all. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and many members join specifically to get in shape. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and endurance as you train.

Q: Is training safe for beginners?

Yes. Safety and respect come first. Coaches guide every session to make sure training is challenging but controlled.

Q: What should I bring to my first class?

 

Comfortable workout clothes and water are all you need. If you’re trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we have loaner uniforms (Gis) available for beginners.

Q: Do you offer kids’ classes?

Yes, for ages 6–13. Classes teach self-defense, discipline, and confidence in a fun, safe environment.
